Boston University's Questrom School of Business seeks applicants for a full-time lecturer position in the Markets, Public Policy & Law Department starting in Fall 2026, teaching in its undergraduate and graduate business programs.
Teaching responsibilities will include classes in data-science, causal inference, and econometrics/analytics and may also include microeconomics or macroeconomics depending on the candidate.
The salary range for full-time Lecturers in the Markets, Public Policy & Law Department at the Questrom School of Business is $90,000 - $100,000 Required Skills Applicants should have:
- Ability to successfully teach analytics/econometrics courses (required) and economics course (preferred)
- Excellent critical thinking/analytical skills
- A Master's degree or PhD in economics or a related field
- Evidence of teaching effectiveness
Preferred qualifications include experience with data analysis using Python and experience with AI tools to support data analysis; please indicate in your application if that is in your skill set.
