Support onboarding and direct marketplace partners, increase members through verification, increase orders through marketplace and increase value on both

• Partner with marketing and creative teams
• Communicate with partners via phone, video call and email to provide tips for optimization and follow through to ensure recommendations are implemented
• Update customer details in CRM
• Work with various deparmtens including sales, accounting, and marketing
• Track new product releases and new opportunities
